Step 2 - Complete Registration online

Fulton County Schools offers a convenient way to register your student. Please fill out and upload information to the online portal. You will be provided an application id.
You will need this to provide to your new school to complete registration.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR REGISTRATION:
 

1. One Proof of Utility (MUST be current)

  • Water Bill

  • Electric Bill

 

 

2. One Proof of Residence (MUST be current)

  • Copy of home mortgage payment

  • Lease/Renters Agreement

  • Current bank statement

  • Copy of Section 8 / HUD housing contract

  • Copy of home contract

  • Homeowner's / Renter's insurance card

  • Current paycheck stub

  • State driver's license / ID with current address

  • Current HOA Bill / Statement

3. Required student documents 

  • ear, eye dental and vision 3300 form.

  • Immunization records (should be current and if provided from a state other than Georgia converted to Georgia form) 

  • Proof of date of birth

Step 3 - ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS NEEDED

  • Does your child receive special accommodations in school?

For example: Special education (IEP), 504, SST, etc.

IF SO, PLEASE PROVIDE COPIES UPON ENROLLMENT

  • What grade will your child be assigned to?

Official/Unofficial transcript should be provided for accurate grade placement and scheduling

 

Students entering the 12th grade will need proof of credits prior to enrolling. 

 

Step 4 - Call Ms. Isaac in Student Services (470)-254-1842 to make an appointment and finalize enrollment
